I never have been a fan of long-winded disclaimers, but I figure that if I'm gonna have free downloads availible, I better at least write something.
Any and all files available for download from this website are free in every way, unless otherwise stated in enclosed documentation. Boring as it may be, a thousand times please read the "Read Me" files included with many of the downloads. All files were either created by me, given to me by friends with the knowledge that the software was legal and free, or obtained from other websites that distribute free software. This extends not only to downloads, but to the graphics and background music found on these pages.
I have checked and re-checked all files I make available on this site, and am 100% sure they are virus-free. Be this as it may, however, I am not in any way liable for any damages that may occur to your computer or other property as a result of using this software; and your downloading of any software from this page for any reason indicates that you agree with all the terms and conditions of this disclaimer.
